Roger Hung

Founder and Counselor

Mr. Hung has over 30 years of diversified experience in information technology, business management and education. He received a MS in Management Information System and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. His experience with the college application process includes the roles of both counselor and parent.

Mr. Hung is an avid contributor to the Dallas-Fort Worth community. He has helped the Southern News Group organize the annual McDonald Education Workshop in Plano, Texas since 2014. He was interviewed by cheerinus.com (走進美國 ) in October 2014 to talk about his role as a father, youth program adviser, and community service leader (link).

Mr. Hung received the Honorary Texas Citizen award from Texas Governor Bill Clements in 1990, the President's Call To Service award in 2013, and the President's Point of Light award in 2014 (link) in recognition of his outstanding contributions in community service. In 2002, Mr. Hung was appointed by the board of Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA to be the founding chairman of the National Engineers Week Asian American Engineer of the Year Award Program.

Mr. Hung has helped many students get accepted to the colleges of their choice and assisted their parents in financial aid applications with great success. He looks forward to helping you on any problems you may have in your college applications and/or financial aid applications.

As most of the information provided to colleges and universities in application letters and essays are highly personal and sensitive, we will maintain the highest degree of integrity in our services.  We agree to keep all information confidential and not to disclose or divulge it to anyone other than the student and parent.

The services and information we provide is intended for the use of the student and parent only. The disclosure, copying, distribution, and any related use of My CollegeTRAK's materials to recipients other than the student and parent are prohibited.

We retain the right to terminate any service should the student or parent violate the confidentiality and counseling agreement.
